Lillian R. Love of Montgomery, NY passed away at home on Sunday, October 16, 2022. She was 88.
The daughter of Russell and Bessie Markle Verity, she was born on February 12, 1934 in Walden, She was the widow of John Robert “Bob” Love, Sr. She was a school bus driver for various bus companies in Orange County.
Th family would like to express their gratitude to John and Carol Love for moving in with their grandparents and providing them with full-time loving care.
Lillian is survived by her son, John Robert Love, Jr. (Debbie) of Tenn; daughters: Donna Kelly (Bill) of Middletown; Nancy VanderLey of Montgomery; and Susan Schloemer (Greg) of Montgomery; grandchildren: Trisha DeChiaro (Tim), Jana Bush (Scott), John W. Love (Carol), David Schloemer (Adriana), and Kristina Sollas (Steve); great grandchildren: Jaden and Makenna Bush, and Kaydance and Cole Sollas and Carter Kukan; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19th at Brick Church Cemetery, Montgomery, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to
