Three weeks ago, Village of Maybrook Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) member Patrick Romanick submitted his resignation due to his employment commitments and scheduling conflicts. The village board regretfully accepts Romanick’s resignation and thanks him for his service as a member of the ZBA. The Village Board of Trustees appointed William Giannico on Dec. 9 to serve for the remainder of Romanick’s term. Giannico expressed an interest in becoming more involved in the village and Mayor Dennis Leahy believes he will represent the residents to the best of his abilities on the ZBA.
