Rosa D. Avillan, age 75 of Middletown passed away on July 17, 2020 at Northern Manor Multicare Center in Nanuet, NY.
The daughter of the late Ostaciano and Teresa Ramos Avillan, she was born on July 13, 1945 in Puerto Rico. Rosa worked as a home health aide for Premier Health in the Bronx. She will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her daughter, Yvette M. Socastro and her husband, Reynaldo, of Montgomery; grandchildren, Leilani, Chloe and Andrea; three brothers, one sister, and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation was held at Cedar Hill Crematory. A memorial visitation will be held from 6-8P p.m. on Saturday, July 25th at Goodwill Church, 2135 NY-208, Montgomery, NY 12549. Services will follow at 8 p.m.
