The Southern Catskill Anglers present a Family Fishing Day, scheduled for June 17 from 9 a.m. to Noon. Family Fishing Day will take place at a scenic location, and participants are required to sign up by sending an email to scanglers@gmail.com.

With an entry fee of $7 per person, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a fishing experience while enjoying lunch. The menu will include hot dogs, beans, pickles, refreshing drinks, chips and juicy watermelon, along with all the fixings. In addition, a community dessert table will be available for those who wish to contribute a dessert to share.

No fishing license is required for this special event. For those without fishing poles, worry not! The organizers have plenty of equipment available for borrowing, ensuring that everyone can participate in the excitement.
