Bette graduated NFA in 1947. On September 1, 1950 Bette married Norman Roberts. They were married for 70 years, 1 month and 20 days.
Besides being a Mother, Wife and Homemaker, Bette worked at Jamesway and Value City until 1990. In retirement, Bette enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family and trips to the Casino.
Bette is predeceased by her parents, her brother John Allen and husband Norman.
She is survived by her son Mark Roberts, son Kevin and his wife Melanie Roberts and daughter Noreen Neva Hale. Bette has 6 grandchildren Kevin Roberts, Eric Rasmussen, Gabrielle Roberts, Daniella Seymour, Nicolette Hale and Joshua Roberts. She has 4 great grandchildren, Kevin, Isaiah, Zachery and Zayden. Bette is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Margaret and Robert Ponesse, sister-in-law Linda Allen, brother-in-law Burton and wife Maryann Roberts. Bette has numerous nieces and nephews, who called her Aunt Sis.
