A newly proposed 18,000 square foot commercial building to be built was proposed to the New Windsor Planning Board on Wednesday, April 27.

The proposed commercial building would be built at 617 Little Britain Road in New Windsor where Precision Pipeline Solutions, Pratt Quality and Quality Carbon are located and operate their businesses.

The structure will allocate 16,800 square feet for manufacturing and storage and 1,200 square feet for office space. In front of the proposed building will be 10 proposed parkings spaces and two loading docks.

The planning board asked the applicant to provide tractor trailer turn radiuses and truck movements along with clarifying the parking lot on-site. Other requirements from the planning board requested the applicant to clarify and add water main line distinctions, add a dumpster to the site plan and other site details. Revised site plans are set to be sent back to the planning board.

A public hearing is to be set for a later date.
