True Storage, represented by engineering firm Clark Patterson Lee [CPL] hosted a public hearing at the New Windsor Planning Board Meeting on October 12 to discuss their proposed plans for the site along Blooming Grove Turnpike.

The current site is looking to demolish the existing single family dwelling to make room for a lot and a proposed three story storage building. The applicant has not proposed any outdoor storage or privacy fence and will have their own security systems in place at the site. The storage facility is not 24/7.

The applicant is still seeking several approvals and will be submitting new plans for the board’s review going forward before returning before the board and public.
