Ten year-old Kaylie Hammond, who has faced significant medical challenges throughout her life, is now facing a tumor in her cerebellum. Brain surgery was scheduled to remove it.
But this week, Kaylie’s seizures suddenly became more severe…37 in 12 hours. It’s hoped the medication given will bring her seizures under control.
Kaylie’s family is choosing faith over fear. Her mother is asking us to “Please pray that Kaylie’s seizures settle, her body gets desperately needed rest, that she remains stable until surgery, for a successful procedure, wisdom and steady hands for her surgeons.”
I know that those of you who offer your gift of prayer will answer this mother’s plea for her child and strength and peace for the entire family.
