The Town of Newburgh Planning Board voted to refer the amended site plans for Iron Chef to the Orange County Planning Department during their regular meeting on September 2.

Iron Chef is currently located on 101 North Plank Rd in the Town of Newburgh and was represented by the engineering firm Burns Engineering Services, PC. The amended site plan included rearrangements to the parking lot, additional handicapped spaces and additional refuse enclosure off to the side of the site.

One comment brought up by the planning board was the concern over the entrance steps that need to be reviewed for safety. Iron Chef has identified that concern and is working on remediating that problem.
