After Scott has dedicated decades of service to our community as a Town of Newburgh Police Officer, Deputy Supervisor, and Town Board Member, I am proud to offer my strongest recommendation for Scott Manley for Town of Newburgh Supervisor.

Throughout the years, Scott has demonstrated steady leadership, sound judgment, and an unwavering commitment to the people of our town. In law enforcement, he has upheld the highest standards of integrity and public safety. As Deputy Supervisor and a member of the Town Board, Scott has brought practical experience, fiscal responsibility, and a clear understanding of how local government should serve its residents — efficiently, transparently, and without unnecessary drama.

Leadership isn’t about titles. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and putting the community first — every single time. That’s exactly what Scott Manley has done for decades.

With deep roots in our town and a proven record of service, Scott is prepared to continue building a strong, safe, and financially sound future for all residents. As a voting member of the community, I wholeheartedly support Scott’s candidacy for Supervisor and encourage others to do the same.
