Senator James Skoufis (D-Woodbury) will launch his annual “Skoufis On Your Street’’ town hall series later this month, stopping in locally owned small businesses throughout his district to give residents the opportunity to speak with Skoufis in their own neighborhood, and ensuring their voices and priorities are represented in Albany.
Locally, the tour will stop at Mrs. Fairfax, 105 Liberty Street, Newburgh on Wednesday, July 28, 12 - 1:30 p.m.
“Hearing from district residents about the issues that matter most to them directly impacts the work I do each day,” said Senator Skoufis. “It’s my pleasure to bring our office closer to our constituents, and to be as accessible a representative as possible for those I serve. Our district deserves nothing less.”
“Skoufis On Your Street” is free to attend with no registration required, but attendees are encouraged to support the host businesses if they’re able.
