The City of Newburgh has announced that construction of the proposed splash pad located at Xavier Luna Park began on Tuesday. The Park will be closed for approximately two weeks until project completion.
In addition to the park being closed, parking will be restricted on the north side of Courtney Avenue immediately in front of the park to allow for construction access and material delivery. The public shall take notice of no parking signs placed at the site.
