Stephen Luloff, 87, of Newburgh, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at The Kaplan Hospice Residence in Newburgh. He was the son of the late Mary and Hy Luloff.
Steve was a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School and Emory University. He served in the United States Army where he was station at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.
After his military service he attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and practiced in Newburgh, the Bronx and Queens.
He is survived by his wife Geraldine Shapiro Luloff, son Bret Luloff, daughter Jodi Silver and husband Michael, grandsons Max Silver and Ben Silver, brother, Jerry Luloff and his wife Susan, sister Joanne Auerbach and her husband Peter and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, September 23 at Congregation Agudas Israel Newburgh, NY. Burial was in Congregation Agudas Israel Cemetery New Windsor, NY.
Funeral arrangements are under the car of Hudson Valley Funeral Home.
