The project known as Newburgh Self Storage will reappear for Architectural Review Board and site plan approval at the next Town of Newburgh Planning Board meeting on September 5.
The proposal seeks the construction of a new self-storage facility at the Showtime Cinemas site.
The theater will officially close its doors on Sunday, Sept. 15, ending its two decades in the town.
