Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board, Town of Plattekill, County of Ulster on: Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Town Hall 1915 Route 44/55, Modena, N.Y. 12548.
At this time the Planning Board will be conducting a public hearing on the application of:
Lands of RSR Legacy LLC and Lands of Vanessa Baque-Stanton for a Lot Line Revision.
The properties are located on Plains Road designated as Tax map Section 101.3 Block 7, Lots 24 & 25.21.
