The New Paltz Pride Coalition will hold its second annual Halloween Costume Swap on Wednesday, Oct. 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at New Paltz Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Ave.
Community members are invited to exchange their old Halloween costumes for new ones. All costumes should be clean, and the event is open to everyone. Free treats will be provided.
