Prepare for an extraordinary evening with Deb Hanlon as we come together to support Emily Martin’s dream of attending the Aerospace summer program at John Hopkins University in Maryland. The National Student Leadership Conference has extended an invitation to Emily, and we need your help to make this opportunity a reality.

The event takes place on Friday, March 22 at the Plattekill Grange Upstairs Venue Theatre, 127 Church Street, Wallkill. (Please note that there is currently no elevator at the historic society, but efforts are underway for renovation within a year. For this event, there is one flight of stairs.)

This fundraising event aims to raise $6,000 to offset the costs associated with the program. Emily will have the opportunity to explore NASA, design, build, and launch aircraft, learn the fundamentals of coding, meet scientists and engineers behind the scenes, and much more. Upon completion, she will receive a certificate of completion, three college credits, and a letter of recommendation from John Hopkins and the NSLC. Entire proceeds will support Emily’s Tuition to the John Hopkins Aerospace Program.
