Assemblymember Jonathan Jacobson (D-104) is sponsoring an in-person billing assistance meeting with Central Hudson where customers can get one-on-one help with a Central Hudson representative to resolve their billing issues.

Jacobson said, “For nearly two years, my constituents have experienced every type of billing disaster, from excessive charges and wildly inaccurate estimate bills to late/missing bills and more. That’s why I am bringing Central Hudson representatives directly into the community, so customers can talk face-to-face with a real person and finally get solutions to their billing problems.”
