On Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 4:40 pm, members of the Town of Wallkill Police Department responded to a report of an assaultin the parking lot of Walmart, 470 Route 211 E.

During the investigation, officers discovered the victim, a 25 year old, male, Goshen resident, suffering from a laceration to his hand. The victim was engaged in an altercation with the defendant.

The defendant, Dens Cine, a 25 year old, male, Town of Wallkill resident was arrested on the charge of Attempted Assault Third Degree. He was released on his own recognizance to appear before Judge
