The City of Newburgh Council Work Sessions and Regular Council Meetings will continue to be conducted in a hybrid format to allow members of the public to attend in-person or virtually. All meetings will be livestreamed via Zoom videoconference, the City’s website, and Facebook pages, as well as recorded. Both the recording and a transcript will be made available at a later date.

At the beginning of the Council Work Session on Thursday, May 5, it is expected that City Council will convene an executive session to discuss proposed, pending or current litigation and the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation The executive session is expected to last approximately one hour and the regularly scheduled Council Work Session will convene in public session at approximately 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 5.
