Dragons top Goshen and Port Jervis

Dragons top Goshen and Port Jervis

Sophia Semo won the girls’ race, leading the Cornwall Dragons to a 15-46 win over the Goshen Gladiators and a 15-50 win over the Port Jervis Raiders on Oct. 1 at Cornwall High School.

Semo won the race with a time of 19:14, as the Dragons took the first five spots to earn the victory.
Kassandra Enos finished second in 20:17, Noemi Goitia was third, Olivia Cibirka was fourth and Mia Siegel took fifth place.

The boys’ team took third through ninth to win the boys’ meet, 25-36, over Goshen and 15-50 over Port Jervis.
Noah Droz was the Dragons’ top finisher with a time of 17:47 with Micah Greene, Colin Lewis, Owen Wissner,

Luke Potter, Oliver Grammerstod and Dan Cibirka coming in behind him.

Goshen’s Noah Klugman won the boys’ race with a time of 16:48.

The Dragons improved to 4-0.
