East Coast Industrial Services, Inc. (ECIS) announced the expansion of its Pine Bush office space with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, May 15. The offices are located at 2203 Route 52 in Pine Bush.

The family-run company has more than 25 years of success in the industry. Its expansion comes on the heels of a prestigious ranking among the top 25 sweeping contractors in the country by Pavement Magazine.

“I am extremely proud to announce the expansion of our office space here in Pine Bush,” said Laurie Presutti, ECIS President and CEO. “It shows how quickly we are growing and how well we all work together!”

East Coast Industrial Services offers a wide range of services including industrial and commercial sweeping, landscaping, emergency response, commercial snow management, roll-off dumpster rentals, power washing and special events cleanup. Its service area includes the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and New Jersey.

Area economic development leaders and elected officials attended the ribbon cutting ceremony and congratulated ECIS on its growth and outstanding industry recognition.

“ECIS’s expansion exemplifies the hard work of the Presutti Family as they have grown despite the many challenges facing small businesses during these times,” said Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus. “I’m excited for their growth and congratulate them on their new, modern space.”

“The Presutti Family and ECIS have continually supported our community and we are excited to celebrate their growth,” said Pine Bush Area Chamber of Commerce Secretary Ellen Quimby.

The ribbon cutting ceremony included tours of the new space which has 6 offices, one conference room, a basement and a vestibule, where ECIS Secretary Denise Doty is the first face that greets visitors.

“I do love this space,” said Denise Doty, ECIS Secretary. “It’s bright, peaceful and functional.”

The new office space adds both private and collaborative spaces that have made a positive impact on productivity.

“There’s more room for privacy, storage and even room to grow,” agreed Jay Presutti, ECIS Vice President and General Manager. “It’s been a great change for us and provides for a more collaborative environment to better serve our clients!”

“We now hold our weekly meetings in a big conference room where we can screen share projects on the TV,” said Kimi Presutti, ECIS Account Manager and Office Administrator. “We have a professional flow we were missing before, and I couldn’t be happier!”

“The new space finally gave me a place to review bills with the comfort of screen privacy, and I love the new view,” added Julie Sanchez who works in the ECIS Billing Department.
