Gloria F. Veve of Wallkill, a lifelong resident of the area died Sunday, October 20, 2019, in Newburgh. She was 81.
The daughter of the late Charles and Florence Steinhilber, she was born August 26, 1938 in Newburgh.
Survivors include her daughters Brenda Schwegler and her husband Frank of Ellenville, NY, Robin McCurry and her husband John of Biddford, ME, Lori Ward and her husband Edward of Wallkill and Tammy Mullen of North Carolina; son Otto Mullen Jr. and his wife Ellen of Albany; son Anthony Veve of Fair Oaks, NY, 25 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren; sister Judy Wood of Pine Bush; brothers Kenny Steinhilber of Walker Valley, George Steinhilber of Pine Bush and Harry Steinhilber of Grahamsville.
She was predeceased by brothers Ronald Poucher and Roy Steinhilber.
A memorial service was held Tuesday at Wallkill Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
