Erin Werner’s sixth-inning grand slam made the difference as the SUNY Orange Lady Colts beat Suffolk Community College 13-6 last week, to earn a split in a double header.
Jessica Stewart earned the win for Orange, helping her own cause with three hits.
C. Jamieson, Jules Garvey and Erin Feeney each had two hits in the game and Erin Warner had 3 hits including the game winning grand slam.
Suffolk won the opener, 9-0.
