Hembury and Conero win Montgomery Village election

After counting over a thousand votes at the senior center, the poll workers for the Village of Montgomery’s 2024 special election announced the winners at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19. Incumbent Mike Hembury became the village’s new mayor and incumbent Kevin Conero secured the empty trustee seat.

Kyle, Pearson, and Taylor win Walden election

The results for the Village of Walden’s general election were announced around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19 at the village hall. Of the six candidates, Liz Kyle, Becky Pearson, and Bill Taylor won the three open trustee seats and will each serve a three-year term starting this April.
