Not every business is brick and mortar. In fact, nowadays, it isn’t unusual to be a fully operational business from home. The Business Council of Greater Montgomery recognized this, and did a group ribbon cutting for at-home and virtual businesses this past Saturday, April 15.
In the Village of Montgomery, outside Java Blue Coffee & Market and Corey’s Pickles, seven businesses received a ribbon cutting, group photo and toast to promote and showcase local virtual businesses.
The businesses included Living in Motherhood, Western Chic Boutique, Devil Dog’s Decking & Construction, Sunkissed 365, Valentino Entertainment, Daisy Farmhouse Soaps, and Like Our Own Pet Care.
New York State Assemblyman Brian Maher also presented Assembly Citations to these home-based businesses.
The next one planned is for Village of Walden at-home and virtual businesses.
