Both teams played on August 6 at Rogers Park in Danbury, CT.

The Newburgh Knights were the eighth seed in the 12U Division 4 tournament, but were upended, 11-8, by the Port Chester Pirates.

The Newburgh Red Storm were the No. 4 seed in the 14U Division 4 championship game but lost a low-scoring game, 2-0, to the No. 3 Westchester Elite.

Registration is ongoing for the Fall GHVBL season, with the regular season expected to start on August 25. Teams age up in the fall.
