Put on a “mad” hat and come to the Maybrook VFW for tea on Sunday, March 26.
The VFW presents a Mad Hatters Tea Party, starting at 1 p.m. Admission is $10 per person and included tea (or coffee), finger sandwiches and desert. You’ll have a chance to make a Mad Hatter Hat. Prizes will be awarded for the best hat. There’s also a mini tricky tray and a 50-50.
All proceeds will benefit homeless veterans, the special project of the state VFW organization.
