Call it a clean sweep.

The Tarsio brothers – Patrick and Ryan – each posted high series’ over 500, leading the Marlboro boys’ bowling team to a 5-0 win over James I. O’Neill on Thursday at Pat Tarsio Lanes in Newburgh.

The girls’ team also posted a 5-0 victory behind a 498 series from Paige Brooks.

Patrick Tarsio’s best game came in his third when he rolled a 219. That was after he posted a 202 in his second to finish with a 581 series. Ryan Tarsio had a 178 high game on his way to a 505. He also rolled games of 162 and 165.

Carson Palmer opened the day with a 202 high game and finished with a 467 series. The Iron Dukes won the pin count, 2,300-1,632.

Brooks rolled a high game of 191 in the second game on her way to her 498 series. Emily Tarsio opened the match with a 156 high game on her way to a 441 series, and Olivia Cherubini had a 149 high game to start with a match as she finished with a 420 series.

Steviemarie Amato rolled a 155 high game and a 374 series.

Marlboro won the total pin count, 2,054-1,547.
