I would like respond to the letter from Vincent Ferro who requests that we respect his religious views.

Mr. Ferro, I would be happy to respect your views, but I respectfully ask that you respect my marriage and my sexuality and stop referring it to as a sin. Your continual badgering and harassment of the LGBT community is not only annoying, but I find it curious. Perhaps you are curious?

If so, I would be happy to answer any questions you have. I’m not sure why you can’t just let everyone live their own lives. I for instance, have a huge problem with overly zealot Religious fanatics. Yet, I respect your views and your right to have them. I also respect you’re right to live your life as you see fit, even though I may not agree with it. Please respect the lives of me, my spouse, my friends and my community, and please cease your derogatory letters about the LGBTQ community. There is no reason we cannot co-exist and respect each other.
