Warriner Plumbing And Heating appeared before the New Windsor Planning Board on Wednesday, June 8 for a newly proposed warehouse to be built along Wembly Road.

Wembly Road is located along Temple Hill Road, Route 300 and has several other warehouses and businesses that operate on several lots which include PRG New Windsor, Fine Fixtures, Hudson River Inlay and Airgas, a UPS Customer Center and The Tarps Wholesaler. The proposed location for this new warehouse would be behind Airgas neighboring Fine Fixtures.

The proposed warehouse to be built is to be 55,600 square feet. 4,200, plus or minus, square feet is to be used as a regular office space and 51,400, plus or minus, square feet is to be used as warehouse space. An additional 80 car parking lot would be built along the side of the warehouse with two access drives from Wembly Road also proposed for the site. The project has appeared before the planning board for review since last September. Engineering firm Atzl, Nasher & Zigler PC are representing the proposed project.
