A baseball field on Cedar Lane in New Windsor that was a field of dreams for one youngster will now bear his name. On Opening Day, Saturday, the league dedicated a field to Jett James Diaz who lost a courageous battle with cancer last December at the age of 14.
-”If you players take anything with you today take what Jett stood for,” said his father James Diaz .
Number 88 will always be remembered.
