The Newburgh Elite Track Club won the outdoor national championship in the Sprint Medley Relay on Thursday at Nike Outdoor Track and Field Nationals in Eugene Ore.

The team of Anthony Burnett, Anthony Barrett, David Pinnock and Brady Danyluk finished the race with a time of 3:27.70, about four seconds ahead of second-place Yankton.

Then, on Sunday, the 1,600-meter relay team of Danyluk, Burnett, Barrett and Pinnock finished second with a time of 3:18.58.

The club’s 3,200-neter relay team of Pinnock, Kendy Georges, Devin Batelic and Danyluk finished14th.
