The Newburgh Free Academy boys’ lacrosse team couldn’t do anything with the first Section 9 Class A playoff appearance in program history as the No. 3 Goldbacks were beaten by No. 2 Kingston on Wednesday.
Newburgh’s Anthony Weston made nine stops.
The Goldbacks finished the season, 4-11.
