PBHS Interact Club raises money for Senior Scholarships

Posted

The Pine Bush High School Interact Club is hosting a Vendor Fair on Saturday June 4 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the High School parking lot.

There will be over 50 vendors in attendance, and all funds raised will be donated to a Pine Bush senior in the form of a scholarship.

Pine Bush High School Math teacher, and Interact Club advisor Christina Tudisco brought the fair to fruition, and is working with her club to make the day successful.

“We are advertising as much as possible! There’s signs up all over town, and on either side of Routes 52 and 302. We are raising funds to go to a Pine Bush High School senior graduating in June. I’m hoping people find their way over to us, since the UFO Fair is on the same day,” said Tudisco.

The fair will have a little something for everyone. Activities include face painting, carnival games, various arts and crafts stations, several food vendors, jewelry displays, Professional Women’s Club of Middletown, and many local boutiques selling goods.

Clubs and students from each grade at Pine Bush High School will also be in attendance selling shirts and baked goods.

“We are hoping to make this an annual event from now on, and each year hopefully we can get new vendors and new activities to keep it interesting and new!” explained Tudisco.

The rain date is the following day, Sunday June 5.
