Richard Cutrone of Marlboro passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Vassar Bros. Hospital, Poughkeepsie. He was 64.
Richard was born in Newburgh, NY on June 18, 1954. He was the son of the late James “Jake” Cutrone & Rose Mascitelli Cutrone & Josephine Cutrone.
Richard was an Engineer for IBM, Poughkeepsie. Richard coached Marlboro Youth Baseball and Marlboro Youth Basketball.
Survivors include his wife Joanne DuBois Cutrone at home, his sons; James and Kimberly Cutrone of Baltimore, MD, Scott and Jillian Lyons of Marlboro, his daughter Greta Lyons of Marlboro, his brothers; Richard and Domenica Gerentine of Marlboro, John and Susan Cutrone of Ulster Park, his sisters; Janet & Dominick Felicello of Marlboro, Patricia “Patty” Cutrone of Marlboro, his granddaughter Jordyn Riley and several nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial will be offered on Wednesday morning at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 1290 Route 9W, Marlboro with Father Thomas Dicks officiating.
Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newburgh.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
