On the penultimate Saturday before the solstice, New Windsor held its annual celebration, bringing thousands to Kristi Babcock Memorial Park.

The day is a collaborative effort among the town’s various departments, headed by the recreation department, with assistance from the New Windsor Police Department, New Windsor Emergency Medical Services, and the Vails Gate Fire Department and New Windsor Fire Department. The fair brought together community organizations, food vendors, performers and others to make the day a success.
