The ballot box is the antidote

Hurricane Helene, a merciless mammoth monster, has wreaked havoc in death and destruction across America’s Southeast. It has adversely affected 6 states namely Ga., NC, SC, Tenn., Fla, and Va. As of this writing, 228 Americans have lost their lives to this unforgiving storm. As per experts in hurricane impact analysis, it appears the cost of Helene may top $30 billion.

This leads me to Trump’s initial response in the aftermath of Helene. It indicates what kind of political beast he is. As many of us know Trump is the lowest of lows. He is unquestionably the most polarizing, divisive figure ever, who has poisoned America’s political landscape. With his reprehensible rhetoric he pits groups against groups, party against party, state against state, Americans against Americans, him against the world. He victimizes anyone who does not bow down to him or tries to hold him to account. With his response Trump has hit rock bottom! In reference to Helene disaster relief, this callous cretin falsely claimed that President Biden and the federal government are going out of their way to avoid helping people in Republican areas. He even has to politicize the disaster relief efforts of FEMA ( Federal Emergency Management Agency) and other aid organizations on the ground. From what I have seen and read the government officials of those adversely affected states have all praised the timely response and relief efforts to Helene. There has been no evidence whatsoever of any discriminate relief efforts among the affected areas hit by Helene.

Trump is indisputably toxic for America’s well-being. The antidote for his toxicity is the vote at the ballot box on November 5. I urge you to vote making sure Trump’s toxicity is remedied and he never, never is our president again. The right choice is crystal clear. It’s the Harris-Walz ticket.
