The Village of Walden recently hired a new full-time building inspector after going without one since former building inspector, Dean Stickles, retired in November.
Robert Wallner, former Town of Shawangunk Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer is now with the Village of Walden as of June 1. He is full-time with an annual salary of $80,000.
The building inspector position is appointed by the Village Manager in accordance with the Board of Trustees.
