HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 1st day of May 2024, at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Planning Board of the Town of Wallkill at the Town Hall at 99 Tower Dr, Building A, Middletown, NY on the application of HV Realty Services, Inc. for Site Plan and Special Use
permit approval under Sections 24938, 24939, 249.39.1 & 24940 of the Town Code to construct and/or operate Offices, Warehouse, and a Contractors Storage Yard on the premises located at 238 & 249 Watkins, Avenue, Middletown, NY which premises is located in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County and identified on the Town's Tax Maps as Section 38 of Block 13, Tax Lot 3 and Section 38 of Block 14, Tax Lot 31
All parties of interest will be heard at such time and place.
The public hearing will be held in person only. Members of the public may attend the meeting in person to offer comments during the public hearing.
