On Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 9:30 pm, Police Officer Matthew Mullarkey responded to a “Burglary in the Past” at Zumiez, 1 North Galleria Drive. A subsequent investigation by Detective Christopher Dinapoli, New York State Police and City of Middletown Police Department, led to the arrest of the defendant, Justin Elijah Hall, a 24 year old male City of Middletown resident, after it was determined that he unlawfully entered the Zumiez Department Store and removed items from the premises. The defendant was charged with Burglary Third Degree and Petit Larceny.

The defendant was processed and released with an appearance ticket until his next court appearance on November 15, at 9 a.m. to appear before Judge Peter Green in the Town of Wallkill Court.
