The Orange County Farmers Museum will present “A Showcase of 19th Century Farming” from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25.
Visitors will be able to step back to 1865 and see demonstrations depicting life in Orange County following the Civil War. Activities will include splitting fence rails, haying fields, blacksmithing and hand-sharpening tools.
The museum is at 850 Route 17K in Montgomery. Admission is free, with period music performed on the hour.
