Experience your intuitive flow with simple combinations and patterns in this fun, uplifting moving meditation experience. Anne Rogers has shared the beauty and benefits of yoga and movement for forty years. No experience required.

Winter seed sowing set
Gardiner Library presents Winter Seed Sowing Workshop with Angela Sisson from Wild Ones-Mid Hudson Valley on Saturday January 20 from 10 a.m.– 12 p.m.

Learn how to sow seeds in winter. One container can hold as many as 100 seedlings of a single species—seedlings can be replanted to your garden or landscape.
