Teresa was determined to reach her 45th wedding anniversary, which she accomplished, passing away on that exact day. Teresa was born in Ridgewood, New Jersey, on September 22, 1957. Though short in stature Teresa was a strong and determined woman, traits that undoubtedly helped growing up in a house with two brothers, Joseph and Michael O’Brien. She moved to upstate New York during her teenage years and eventually settled in Wallkill with her husband, Frank, where they built their family home and lived together for 33 years.

Teresa worked as a dedicated employee at various dental offices throughout her career, spanning over 40 years. However, her most cherished and fulfilling job was being a devoted mother and grandmother. Teresa's life revolved around her two sons, Frank and Jeffrey, and her three grandchildren; Bryce, Jeff, and Emma. She found immense joy in watching her boys grow up playing sports and becoming successful men. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, playing with play dough, reading stories, cooking, playing hide and seek, and creating cherished memories.

Teresa was known by her husband, Frank, as "Mrs. Christmas" for her love of bringing

joy to her family during the holiday season. She enjoyed finding the perfect gifts, baking her family's favorite cookies and pies, and making the holidays extra special for everyone. Teresa was also an avid crafter, inheriting her mother's talent and passing it down to her own family. When asked about her favorite activity, she would say, "I loved them all."

The outpouring of love and support from Teresa's friends and family in the wake of her passing is a testament to the number of lives she touched. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Frank, her sons, Frank and Jeffrey, their wives, Keri and Kate, and her grandchildren, Bryce, Jeff, and Emma.
