Halloween Celebration

Join the Town of New Windsor Recreation Department for a fun filled scary night at our annual Halloween Party on Friday October 21st from 6-8pm at Kristi Babcock Memorial Park. Walk the Haunted Trail and ride the Haunted Hay Ride and get “scared silly,” trick or treat to our New Windsor Police Department, New Windsor Fire Department, the Vails Gate Fire Department, and the New Windsor Ambulance Corp. Enter the costume parade, and enjoy some delicious refreshments. The costume parade will be held at the end of the event at 7:45 pm under the pavilion. Prizes will be awarded for best costume in different age groups. For more information contact the Recreation Department at 845-565-7750.
