Project Description:
The project sponsor proposes to disturb NYS Freshwater Wetland WD15 (Class II) and its state regulated 100 foot adjacent area in order to construct a walking path (boardwalked in wet areas) with information kiosks. Project activities include tree removal, placing wood chips, putting posts/footplates in the ground for the boardwalk and kiosks.
