The Newburgh Mall announces two new stores to the property, with expected opening dates in 2025. In addition to O’Reilly Auto Parts, which will occupy 42,000sf of the old Sears location, the Mall has finalized leases with Planet Fitness and Harbor Freight, a retailer specializing in power tools.

“We are pleased to officially publicize the addition of these tenants to our lineup. The redevelopment of the Mall has been in the works for several months and we have been eagerly anticipating the finalization of these leases, said Lisa Giammattei, Newburgh Mall spokesperson. “We expect to officially announce several more national tenants in the upcoming months. Demo and construction remain ongoing at the Center, in the meantime, mall shops, restaurants, and casino remain open during this transition.”
