Senator James Skoufis (D-Cornwall) will host a free document shred event on Saturday, June 25 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the parking lot next to his District Office (47 Grand Street, Newburgh). Appointments are not required.

Secure and responsible document destruction can be an expensive project. In partnership with Hudson Valley Credit Union and ProShred, Senator Skoufis will once again offer complimentary shredding services, providing local residents with a safe, convenient, and environmentally responsible option for disposing of sensitive personal and legal documents.
Acceptable materials for shredding are: paper (white or colored), file folders, staples and paper clips, plastic ID cards, credit cards, old checkbooks, and carbon paper.
