The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Craig S. Brown of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Twenty-Eighth day of June, 2024 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orange, in the City of Goshen. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, dated November 15, 2005, executed by Mercedes Mojica AKA Mercedes Giraldo to secure the sum of $172,000.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 12015, Page 725 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on December 8, 2005. The consolidated mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 12, 2012 and recorded on May 24, 2012, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 13349, Page 554. Plaintiff is also holder of a mortgage dated April 25, 2012 executed by Mercedes Mojica AKA Mercedes Giraldo to secure the sum of $5,481.33 and recorded at Book 13349, Page 557 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on May 24, 2012. Said mortgage was consolidated with the mortgage referred to at Book 12015, Page 725 by a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement executed by Mercedes Mojica AKA Mercedes Giraldo dated April 25, 2012 and recorded May 24, 2012 at Book 13349, Page 581 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk to form a single lien in the amount of $156,000.00. The consolidated mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed October 10, 2017 and recorded on October 20, 2017, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 14307, Page 1553. The consolidated mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed July 14, 2022 and recorded on July 20, 2022, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 15275, Page 233.
