New York State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is pleased to announce its outdoor summer concert series, Twilight Music in the Parks, at Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park, on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00 – 7:00pm, now through August 30. The free concerts will be held on the Highland (Ulster) side at the Ulster Welcome Center.

Hudson Valley musician Vito Petroccitto will be performing each Tuesday from May 28 through July 9, with other musical guest to follow. On Thursday nights, the Hudson Valley Folk Guild will perform with a variety of local folk musicians. Bring a chair and enjoy the sounds of music from local singer-songwriters, multi-instrumentalists, soloists, and bands at the Walkway this summer.

Featuring local musicians from the Hudson Valley, Twilight Music in the Parks outdoor concerts are free and open to the public. People are invited to come enjoy the great outdoors, and experience all NY State Parks have to offer. Concerts are weather permitting. In case of inclement weather please check for updates on the Walkway’s Facebook page or visit parks.ny.gov.
